ROLE SUMMARY: Inspired Education Group is seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to join the St. Louis School Colonna Campus starting in August 2026. The successful candidate will teach within an inspiring, child-centred environment that nurtures creativity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support a positive school culture by implementing the St. Louis School’s Positive Behaviour Policy and pastoral initiatives, aligned with the school's Mission and Values. Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons for Early Years students using a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach. Participate in school trips, assemblies and other initiatives to enrich the student experience. Work closely with colleagues to ensure assessment data is used effectively to support student progress.
