The BOA Group is seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and aspirational Director of Science to join the team at BOA Digital Technologies Academy. This is a pivotal leadership role for an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about driving high standards of teaching and learning, leading curriculum innovation, and ensuring all students develop the knowledge, skills and creativity required to thrive in the digital and technological industries.
This is a crucial appointment at a significant stage in the academy’s development. The successful candidate will play a key role as the school prepares to welcome its first Year 11 cohort in September 2026 and looks ahead to the launch of a specialist Sixth Form in September 2027.
The Director of Science will be instrumental in shaping a coherent and ambitious Key Stage 4 and Post-16 offer, ensuring clear progression routes into further education, higher education and employment within the digital sector.
