We are looking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational Director of Behaviour, Standards and Culture at North Chadderton School. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of behaviour, standards and culture across the school, ensuring a calm, purposeful and inclusive environment where all students are able to thrive academically, socially and personally. This role will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the school’s behaviour systems and expectations, promoting a culture rooted in high expectations, inclusion and our core values.
