SupaJam is a music focused post-16 Specialist Provider, supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged 16 - 25 year olds across our five bases in Swanley, Canterbury, Brighton, Earls Court and Wandsworth.

The Designated Safeguarding Lead will be a key member of the SupaJam organisation, providing adminsitrative support to the Director of Safeguarding and to DSLs across our colleges.
The postholder will ensure that systems, compliance, estates, data management, CPOMS administration and operational processes effectively support high-quality provisions for learners with SEND. The role is central to organisational growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across multiple college sites.
The Designated Safeguarding Lead will be based in our Westerham Office, travelling to other colleges as needed and will benefit from being detail orientated and aware of key safegaurding processes.
