We are currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Office Manager to join our team key areas of this role will be admissions and attendance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the admissions process, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between parents, staff, and prospective families. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative, PA or office management role
- Proven experience managing admissions processes within an educational setting preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also using initiative independently
