About this role
Meadow Bridge School is a special school for pupils aged 6 to 19 years, based in Cricklade, near Swindon. Our creative, individualised approach to learning, is centred around well-being and skills for independence. From the time our students arrive, we start thinking about where our students will be moving to after they leave us to ensure they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed.
Our unique three-stage curriculum is carefully designed to develop essential 21st-century skills, foster independence, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
As Deputy Head, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s academic vision - designing and leading inspiring, evidence-based learning experiences that unlock potential and nurture curiosity. In partnership with the Headteacher and the wider team, you will help sustain a culture that values creativity, compassion and intellectual challenge.
