The role includes a significant responsibility for sustaining a positive, high‑performing school culture, securing consistently high‑quality teaching and learning, and providing strategic leadership of the curriculum so that it drives excellence, progression and high outcomes for every child. Through effective leadership, monitoring and professional dialogue, the Deputy Headteacher will strengthen curriculum provision and ensure a coherent, well‑sequenced and memorable learning experience that delivers the very best provision for all pupils.
