We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and creative Deputy Head of Junior School for Year 3-6 who would like the opportunity to work in a progressive and student-centred Junior school.
The Deputy Head of Junior will support the Head of Junior in the strategic leadership and daily management of the Junior School, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, student achievement, and staff performance. The role includes leading and supporting staff, overseeing curriculum delivery, managing professional development and extra-curricular activities, promoting effective parental engagement, and contributing to school improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will model best practice, foster a positive school culture, and play a key role in driving academic excellence and successful school inspections.
Job specification:-
Successful candidates will hold
Bachelor Degree in Education from a recognized University (From the UK preferred) or similar, or the international equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Deputy Head of Junior at an International School(s) and or Junior School Coordinator and minimum 3 years additional teaching experience preferably in British curriculum school
Teaching License from one of the following Countries: (UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA and Scandinavian countries)
NPQH and or similar certification preferred but not necessary
