Duties and Responsibilities: • According to the Academic plan of the school, take responsibility for your subject team including leading research, curriculum plan coordination, supervising subject teachers, teaching and academic assessment reporting requirements, after Head of School/Deputy Head of School’s review and approval. • Create, develop, and maintain Subject Leader Handbook which outlines everything within their Subject. Curriculum, organizational, and overall Subject specific policies should be included. • Propose teaching research topics and objectives, encourage teachers to actively carry out research activities, summarize and exchange in a timely manner, promote experience, and support publication when appropriate. • Teacher
