The Role This is a key role responsible for the strategic and operational management of the academy’s data, assessment, exams and timetabling functions. You will lead a skilled Data Team to deliver accurate, timely and insightful information that supports whole-school improvement, ensuring systems and processes are robust, efficient and compliant with statutory and awarding body requirements. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will develop and manage the school’s management information systems, produce high-quality performance reports, and support the tracking and achievement of student outcomes. Alongside this, you will oversee examinations processes, system development (including SIMS), and the implementation of innovative solutions that improve efficiency and reduce workload.
