Executive Summary:
-The Data Analyst is a responsible for the accurate handling, analysis, and dissemination of the school's key data sets. This includes academic assessment data, ‘Behavior for Learning’ data such as attendance records, and discipline & rewards information. A significant part of the role involves providing comprehensive administrative and data management support for the Oxbridge Programme, ensuring that student progress is effectively tracked and that the programme leadership has the necessary information to make informed decisions. The post-holder must be highly proficient in data management systems, meticulous in their work, and confident in presenting data to a range of stakeholders.
Job Description:
-Administrate the analysis of all academic data, including Progress Reviews, Common Tests, End-of-Semester (EOS), and End-of-Year (EOY) assessments.
-Generate and distribute academic performance reports for students, divisions, departments, and teachers, ensuring they are clear and accessible for school leaders.
-Support the analysis of academic data to help identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, contributing to the school's use of data as a diagnostic and management tool.
-Administrate the data handling and analysis of external assessments, including Yellis testing and CAIE examinations.
Attendance, Discipline and Rewards Data Administration:
-Administrate the analysis of all student attendance and punctuality data across year groups and departments.
-Produce and distribute regular reports (weekly, monthly, and ongoing) on attendance and punctuality trends for teachers, departments, and divisions.
-Manage the analysis of all discipline and rewards incidents, generating reports by student, teacher, department, and division as required.
-Maintain the security and confidentiality of all sensitive student data in line with school policy.
Oxbridge Programme Administration:
-Provide data management support for the Oxbridge Programme acting
