Cover Supervisor

This role is for 3 days a week term time only, fixed term. To Supervise classes across Primary and Secondary during short-term teacher absences, ensuring pupils complete pre-set work and maintain high standards of behaviour in line with school policies. Key Responsibilities Oversee classroom activities and support pupils in understanding assigned work Maintain discipline and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment Take attendance and ensure pupil safety during lessons Supervise detentions, internal referrals, and break/lunchtime duties as required Provide cover for form tutor registration when needed Collect and return completed work, and report any issues or concerns to teaching staff
