We are now seeking a Construction & Built Environment Lecturer to join our team and deliver high‑quality teaching across our Construction provision, including delivery up to Level 3 and involvement in T Level Construction.
The Role
As a Construction & Built Environment Lecturer, you will deliver engaging, inclusive and industry‑relevant teaching that enables students to achieve their educational, vocational and personal development goals. You will play a key role in curriculum delivery, development and assessment, ensuring learners receive outstanding teaching, guidance and support.
You will:
Deliver Construction and Built Environment programmes up to Level 3 using a range of effective teaching and learning strategies, including digital technologies
Plan and deliver lessons that meet intended learning outcomes and reflect the diverse needs of learners
Promote active student participation through practical activities, case studies and collaborative learning
Contribute to curriculum development, including the delivery and ongoing development of T Level Construction
Mark and assess student work fairly and consistently, in line with awarding body requirements
Provide timely and constructive feedback to support learner progress
Support learners through tutorial guidance, progre
