We are looking for teachers with these essential skills and traits:
Qualified teacher status.
Experience teaching the secondary age range.
Experience teaching groups of students.
A strong desire to ensure all students succeed, and an understanding of strategies to support those with SEND and mental health difficulties in the virtual classroom.
Knowledge and experience of a range of teaching approaches and techniques, including those focused on maximising the potential of the online environment.
Strong diagnostic ability and a passion to guide students in their learning.
