Communications & Careers Coordinator

You are the person who ensures a student discovers their dream career through a guest speaker you booked, and the person who ensures a parent feels proud of their child’s school when they see a post on social media. You are the architect of the school's external reputation and the students' internal ambition. Strategic purpose To serve as the creative and organizational bridge between the school, its stakeholders, and the professional world. You will be responsible for elevating the school’s brand through modern digital storytelling while ensuring our students are exceptionally prepared for their future through a robust, Gatsby-aligned careers program. Note on Gatsby Benchmarks: A primary focus of this role is ensuring that Benchmark 5 (Encounters with Employers) and Benchmark 6 (Experiences of Workplaces) are met for every year group, significantly impacting the school's Ofsted profile.
