Supporting a family of primary and secondary schools across Sheffield, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, secure and responsive IT services that enable outstanding teaching, learning and operational effectiveness.
About the RoleThe Cluster IT Technician is a professional operational role within INOVA Multi-Academy Trust’s digital operating model. The role exists to deliver consistent, high-quality frontline IT support across schools, replacing isolated school-based provision with a resilient, trust-wide service model.
The postholder plays a direct role in enabling teaching, learning, safeguarding and business continuity by ensuring that digital systems, devices and user access operate reliably and securely.
Working across a designated cluster of academies, you will provide first and second-line technical support, maintain digital infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support staff and pupils in making effective use of technology.
