Lead the Future of Estates Management in EducationWe are seeking an experienced and driven Cluster Estates Manager to play a pivotal leadership role within our innovative Project Pioneer operating model.
This role represents a significant step forward in how we manage and maintain our estate. As we move away from historically fragmented, school-led estates management, we are establishing a professional, centrally accountable and cluster-delivered estates function that delivers assurance, consistency and value for money across our Trust.
As Cluster Estates Manager, you will hold responsibility for a portfolio of schools, ensuring that our buildings, grounds and facilities provide safe, compliant and inspiring environments where pupils and staff can thrive.
About the RoleWorking as part of the wider Trust Estates Team, you will be accountable for the safety, compliance, condition and operational effectiveness of the Trust estate across a defined group of schools.
You will lead estates operations across multiple sites, ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance, statutory compliance, capital projects and lifecycle planning. Through strong leadership and professional expertise, you will support educational delivery by providing safe, secure and well-maintained learning environments while contributing to the Trust's long-term strategic estates objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee estates provision across multiple school sites.
Lead on maintenance, repairs, servicing, testing and planned improvements to buildings and facilities.
Deliver school and Trust-funded estates projects from conception through to completion.
Ensure schools benefit from safe, secure and operationally effective environments.
