As a culinary specialist you will be responsible for teaching up to Level 3. Teaching, Assessing practical and theoretical aspects of the Hospitality and Catering industry. Other general curriculum responsibilities will include assessment, tracking student achievement, planning and administration for the courses. You will need a proven record of experience as a trainer, assessor and as a senior chef within the industry.
