Caretaker / Premises Officer

‘St Anne’s is a warm and welcoming school with an exceptional Catholic ethos’ Caretaker / Premises Officer Permanent Contract Salary: Scale 6 Spine Points 18 – 20 Full Time All Year Round (35 hours per week) We are looking for a strong energetic premises officer who can demonstrate a proven track record of providing a professional comprehensive facilities service. Motivated and enthusiastic with the highest expectations of themselves and others; Well organised; Excellent skills to liaise with internal and external professionals; Committed to their professional development and the development of processes and procedures within the school; Sympathetic to the ethos of the Catholic mission and aims of the school; Proficient in the use of ICT relevant for the role; Keen to participate in school events and activities A team player with a sense of humour.
