Working closely with the Head Teacher and senior leaders, the Bursar will lead the school’s financial, administrative, and operational services, ensuring robust systems, financial sustainability, and full regulatory compliance. This is a key leadership role supporting the effective day‑to‑day running and long‑term development of the school. About the role Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing, fee management, and reporting Oversee compliance across finance, health & safety, estates, and operational policies Line‑manage administration, facilities, admissions/marketing, and IT functions Manage estates, buildings maintenance, contractors, and health & safety requirements Support admissions processes and marketing activity in partnership with senior leaders Oversee HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, and payroll data Represent operations at leadership meetings and contribute to whole‑school planning About you Have strong financial and operati
