Attendance and Engagement Manager (Education Welfare Officer)

This is an exciting opportunity for a current or aspiring Attendance and Engagement Manager to join our Attendance Team, and wider Pastoral Support Team, to support our pupils and families in overcoming any barriers to strong attendance. In line with our Trust and Academy vision and values, the role of Attendance and Engagement Manager is a crucial one as we continue to shift our culture; by ensuring all pupils are individually known to foster a sense of belonging and supported to ensure they thrive at BHA; upholding our Academy motto of Aspire to Be More. We have high standards and expectations, of and for our pupils, and the Attendance and Engagement Manager will drive these standards; being a champion for every pupil, and equally challenging and supporting them to lead a choice filled life.
