Inclusion Leadership: Champion a strengths-based, neuro-affirming ethos across all areas of school life, translating vision into measurable priorities and success indicators.
SENCO Coordination: Maintain statutory compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, coordinate annual reviews, and manage multi-agency plans.
Teacher Development: Coach and develop staff in adaptive teaching, universal design for learning, and relational behaviour support.
