Through our ambitious Futures programme and our connection to the wider Haberdashers’ Company network, we are creating opportunities that help students understand themselves, explore possibilities, and confidently step into the wider world. We are now looking for an Aspire Coordinator to join our Futures team in a newly created and exciting role that will help shape the next chapter of this work. The Aspire programme connects students across the Haberdashers’ family of schools with professional mentors drawn from industry, alumni networks, and the wider Haberdashers’ community. Sitting at the heart of our Futures provision, Aspire gives Sixth Form students access to meaningful one-to-one mentoring, helping them build confidence, develop professional skills, and broaden their understanding of future pathways. This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of education, mentoring, careers, and relationship-building. You will lead and coordinate the Aspire programme locally at Habs Elstree, while also working closely with the Haberdashers’ Company and colleagues across the wider family of schools.
