Philip Morant School and College was judged as “Good” in all areas by Ofsted in September 2023. We are looking for an Art Technician who can be a key part in our ongoing improvement journey.

We offer art and photography at GCSE and A level. Both subjects are very popular as option choices. Our Key Stage 3 curriculum is engaging and enjoyable with students showing an excellent development of skills and talent whilst with us.
The successful candidate will work 19 hours per week (8:20am to 3:10pm 3 days a week - presently Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
This is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time and three additional days.
A Day in the Life:
You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:
Preparing, maintaining and cleaning resources, materials and equipment for Art and Photography lessons including preparing resources for lessons.
Supporting students in lessons as required.
Organise students’ work for example for exams, exhibitions and displays.
Maintaining stocks and ordering supplies as required.
