1 to 1 Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term to 31 August 2027)

1 to 1 Teaching Assistant Fixed Term Contract to 31 August 2027. We require an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our strong, diverse Inclusion Team. The successful applicant will work with a named student to support their wellbeing, consistency and positive engagement in school. Experience preferred although not essential, as full training will be given. Teamwork and flexibility are essential. Working Hours: The appointment is 32.5 hours per week 8:25 am – 3:25pm. Working Term Time plus 1 additional week to be worked flexibly for training. Salary: Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 6 Point 7 to 12 With a full-time equivalent salary of £26,402 – £28,597 per annum, starting at Point 7 (pro-rata based on hours will apply £19,864 - £21,515).
