It signposts users to Bounce Forward's evidence base — with live links directly into the resource library behind the paywall. It holds AI conversations aligned with Bounce Forward's therapeutic approach and clinical methodology. And it handles product and platform support queries across all Bounce products, reducing the support burden on both organisations.
