Youth Support Workers are pivotal in creating and supporting tailored activities for young people. As a Youth Support Worker your personality and creativity will be key in shaping and helping children pursue personal aspirations. Responsibilities for this role include: · Encouraging young people to engage in a variety of clubs and offsite trips. · Planning, organising, and running half term programmes. Salary £27,771.36 (39 wks pa) (FTE £33,040.80) with option for overtime.
