Youth Support Workers are pivotal in creating and supporting tailored activities for young people. As a Youth Support Worker your personality and creativity will be key in shaping and helping children pursue personal aspirations. Responsibilities for this role include: Encouraging young people to engage in a variety of clubs and offsite trips. Planning, organising, and running half term programmes. Salary up to £33,040.80 per annum with option for overtime.
