The Eastbourne Academy £32,065 - £33,934 FTE – SAT E £27,702 - £29,317 Pro Rata 37 hours per week Term Time plus 5 Staff Development Days October 2026 start w/c 31st August 2026 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year Group Manager to join our team at The Eastbourne Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional pastoral care, safeguarding and academic support to students within a designated year group.
