Job Description:
As a Year 6 Teacher at The Children's House, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will support pupils’ academic progress while fostering their personal development in line with our school values.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years teaching experience, preferably within Key Stage 2.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Previous experience of working in an Independent School or strong 11+ experience
- Ability to plan effective lessons tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Competence in assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Good communication skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
