Year 4 Class Teacher

We are looking for a bright, caring and enthusiastic individual who will relish the opportunity to become a Year 4 Form Teacher to our pupils. This role is a maternity cover position from January 2027 to January 2028. Junior Class Teachers teach English, Maths, History, Geography and PSHE. Pupils work significantly above their chronological age. Specialist teachers take the pupils for subjects such as Computing, Games and PE, French, Art and Music. Subject specialisms will be considered, and we would aim to reflect these in the successful candidate’s timetable. Interests in taking a lead in Science/ Maths would be of value but are not pre-requisites. This is an exciting time to join the Under School, as we look forward to our expansion to become a fully co-educational school for children aged 4 to 13, from September 2026, and the successful post-holder will be a key part of this transition.
