About the RoleAs a Year 1 Educator, you will play a key role in creating an engaging, supportive and stimulating learning environment where children are encouraged to develop academically, socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will be passionate about education, committed to continuous improvement and confident in delivering an enriched Year 1 curriculum that inspires children and supports their individual learning needs. RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification Relevant Early Years/Primary education qualifications such as CACHE Level 3, HND, BTEC, PGCE or equivalent Strong academic background and commitment to high-quality teaching and learning ExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a similar setting Proven experience delivering an enriched Year 1 curriculum Strong understanding of children's learning and development Experience creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, creative and age-appropriate learning experiences for Year 1 students.
