About Us: EK Outreach Services is a specialist provider of one-to-one teaching for students who are unable to access mainstream school environments due to medical, emotional, or learning difficulties. We work with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing individualised support to meet their specific learning needs. As a trusted SEND provider, we offer tailored educational support to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success. Our goal is to offer high-quality education, giving students the tools and confidence to succeed despite the challenges they face in traditional educational settings. Our holistic approach ensures that students receive not only academic guidance but also emotional and social support, fostering both personal and educational growth. Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced and strategic Workforce Development and Lead Recruiter to take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment function and drive workforce planning across the organisation. This senior role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic oversight, accountability, and compliance. You will not only manage the recruitment processes but ensure all hiring activity aligns with our growth strategy and inclusive values. Working closely with the Head of Outreach and HR and Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for monthly data reporting, exit interviews, feedback surveys, and all aspects of workforce development. This is a permanent role created to support our extensive growth strategy. You will need to manage the implementation of EK Outreach’s recruitment initiatives to achieve our development plan objectives. This includes working with our HR and Finance Coordinator
