Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Education: Qualified teacher with recognised SEND/Inclusion qualification (e.g. NASENCO or equivalent)
Experience: Significant leadership experience in inclusion/SEND. Strong knowledge of: British curriculum and KHDA inclusion frameworks and DSIB expectations. Proven track record of improving outcomes for students with additional needs. Experience leading whole-school initiatives and managing teams.
