Westwood House Pastoral Assistant

Kingswood School is seeking to appoint a House Pastoral Assistant to join Westwood House, our co-educational house for pupils in Years 7 and 8. Situated on a beautiful campus in Bath, Kingswood is proud of its warm, inclusive community where every individual is known and valued. This is an excellent opportunity to join our pastoral team, working closely with the Westwood leadership team to provide outstanding care and support for pupils. You will be a consistent and supportive presence throughout the school day, acting as the first point of contact within the duty team during breaktimes, lunchtimes and after-school provision until 6.00pm. You will also help oversee the day-to-day organisation of the House, supervise pupils and contribute to a calm, welcoming and well-structured environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young people, builds positive relationships with ease and brings a flexible, proactive approach to their work. The role is 40.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term-time plus 1 week (35 weeks).
