Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Welfare Boarding Worker to join our team during term time. This role involves supporting the welfare and daily care of boarding students, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. This position is ideal for someone passionate about working with young people in a healthcare-related capacity within an educational setting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn essential skills through training
- Good communication skills with children and adults
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding or interest in health, welfare, or childcare principles preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible approach to duties
