Visual Arts Teacher

§ Qualified Teacher status with a minimum of five years teaching experience § Experience of IGCSE/A-level teaching is preferred. § Knowledge in a variety of mediums and associated techniques. § Art history, theory and practical subject knowledge. § A strong portfolio of previous student work and projects undertaken. § A passion for art education and a sense of pride in student achievement. § Skills in curriculum development and assessment. § Experience teaching in a bi-lingual setting. § Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations. § Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures. § Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success. § Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs. § Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
