Vice Principal - Inclusion

We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal responsible for Inclusion. Are you ready to make a real impact on the lives of young people? This role provides strategic leadership for inclusion, behaviour, attendance, and personal development, ensuring these areas align with whole-school improvement priorities. It involves developing policies that foster an inclusive and aspirational culture, overseeing behaviour and attendance systems, and supporting staff through training and coaching to maintain high standards. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department, SLT and colleagues from across the Trust, so a desire to collaborate is welcomed. Equally as important will be the aspiration to be part of our visionary staff team and growing school community.
