The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys is seeking an experienced Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team. This role provides strategic leadership across teaching, learning, student wellbeing, school operations, and parent communication, ensuring strong partnerships between the school and its families. Position Summary: The Vice Principal will support and work closely with the Principal and other staff members to create a positive and successful educational environment for all students. This includes assisting with the development and implementation of school policies, programs, and activities, as well as monitoring student behavior and academic progress. The Vice Principal will provide strong leadership for all aspects of pastoral care at the Academy, including but not exclusively student behavior, safeguarding, inclusion, attendance and admissions. Position Requirements: UAE National (male) Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven leadership experience within a school environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strong commitment to student achievement, wellbeing, and meaningful parent engagement.
