The International School of The Hague (ISH) is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Whole School Senior Leadership Team as Vice Principal Business Operations. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Principals, Vice Principals, and operational teams across both our Primary and Secondary Schools to ensure our systems, services, and resources are efficient, future-focused, and aligned to support student learning. As our Vice Principal Business Operations, you will provide the strategic vision and leadership needed to keep our campus safe, welcoming, and perfectly managed. You will lead a diverse and talented portfolio, where you will: Oversee facilities management, campus housing, safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Direct financial administration, budgeting processes, procurement, and contract management. Manage Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and administrative services. Supervise student admissions, enrolment, communications, and community engagement. Oversee Health Office services, compliance, risk management, and operational policy development. Foster cross-school alignment, department collaboration, and team leadership. Act as a strategic bridge to the Foundation Office (Stichting Het Rijnlands Lyceum) and central support functions to ensure compliance with organisational policies, legal frameworks, and operational standards.
