What We're Looking For Qualifications Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or a Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree supported by a recognised CPD qualification in educational or organisational leadership (e.g. NPQSL or equivalent) Experience Minimum 6 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels UAE or international school experience is a distinct advantage Personal Qualities Genuinely student-centred, placing learners and learning at the heart of every decision.
