Working alongside experienced IB educators, you will gain practical classroom experience while contributing to a supportive, inquiry-driven, and student-centered learning environment. You will support teaching and learning within the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), with a focus on English language acquisition and communication skills development. Working closely with mentor teachers, you will help create engaging learning experiences that encourage students to: communicate confidently in English; develop intercultural understanding; think critically and creatively; and grow as independent, reflective learners. As an ISL intern, you will: Gain hands-on experience in IB English Language B classrooms; Develop practical language teaching and facilitation skills; Learn from experienced international educators; Build understanding of multilingual and culturally responsive teaching practices; Strengthen your confidence as an emerging teacher. Your Profile: (training, experience, skills and aptitudes necessary to do the job) This role is ideal if you're at the start of your teaching career and eager to learn: Bachelor's degree in education, English, linguistics, applied languages, or a related field, completed within the last 12 months (between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026); Enjoys working with adolescents in diverse
