-Annual Salary: ¥ 2,880,000 to ¥ 3,720,000 yearly. We are currently seeking a full-time Upper Elementary Teacher to join our team. Position: Upper Elementary Teacher Teaching Assistant-Japanese Language Profiency Curriculum: United States of America Education Stage: Elementary/Primary School (5th or 6th grade) Subject: Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field - Familiarity with the US curriculum standards and best practices in elementary education - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities Values and Attitudes: - Passionate about fostering a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth - Committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community - Flexible, adaptable, and open-minded approach towards teaching methodologies - Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work as part of a team MORE BENEFIT/DETAILS: -Children: Attend TYIS for free except for ancillary fees (if needed-bus, uniform, etc). -Company Insurance: Coverage is for Health and Dental. Roughly, it is an 80/20 shared pay system where insurance covers 80% and 20% is covered by the user.
