University Guidance Counselor

TSI International School is seeking to appoint an experienced and student-centred University Guidance Counsellor to support students and families throughout the university application and career exploration process. The successful candidate will work closely with students in Key Stages 4 and 5 to help them identify appropriate pathways aligned with their strengths, aspirations, and interests. This includes guidance relating to university applications, career planning, admissions testing, personal statements, scholarships, and global higher education systems. The role requires an organised, knowledgeable, and approachable professional who can build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff while helping students navigate important future decisions with confidence and clarity.
