Strathmore College is recruiting a Tutor to join our Teaching team now on a 12-month fixed term contract! We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and committed tutor who will provide cover during periods of absence - expanding learning experiences and providing tuition for small groups of young people, which allows for full engagement and ensures that the program of learning meets the needs of the individual on an adhoc basis. The successful candidate will be teaching and supporting our young people who may have autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD and associated complex needs. About the college: Strathmore College is an SEN college for students aged 16 to 25. What makes us different is that each of our learners work on a completely individual programme which is specifically structured to support them into employment and to gain an increased level of independence as they prepare for adulthood.
