About this role
The Trust Safeguarding Lead will: Set the strategic direction for safeguarding across the Trust Provide expert guidance, challenge and support to schools and leaders Lead and develop a strong network of Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) Provide oversight of policy, compliance, training, casework and risk management The postholder will play a key role in advising the CEO and Trust Board on safeguarding risks, trends and priorities, and will act as a point of escalation for complex or high‑risk
