The Youth Engagement Schools Trust is looking for an experienced and visionary Maths specialist for a trust-wide leadership role that combines curriculum design, quality assurance, and strategic influence. This is a key opportunity to be part of the newly formed School Improvement Team at The YES Trust, a growing, values-driven multi-academy trust that places children at the heart of everything we do. As Trust Maths Lead, you will bring these values to life through your leadership of Maths across our family of schools.
This is a trust-wide leadership post, responsible for:
Designing and leading a high-quality, inclusive Maths curriculum across key stages.
Conducting deep dives, work scrutiny, and lesson visits in preparation for Ofsted inspections.
Delivering bespoke CPD and coaching to support excellence in teaching and learning.
Monitoring performance data and pupil outcomes to inform strategy and improvement.
Acting as a key figure in the new School Improvement Team, working to the trust’s Director of Education
