If so, The Bishop Fraser Trust would love to hear from you We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Apprentice to provide high-quality onsite IT services at one of our schools. You’ll work closely with the Trust IT Support Lead and wider central team, you will assist staff and students in making effective use of IT systems and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day running of technology across the school. This is an exciting time to join our IT team. By September, we will have completed our transition to a single Microsoft 365 tenancy and will be turning our focus to developing a trust wide “One Network” infrastructure. You’ll work with enterprise-grade tools such as Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, and SharePoint, while also contributing to wider trust projects and collaborating with engineers across our schools. This role is Ideal for someone starting their career in IT who is keen to learn, develop technical skills and gain practical experience in a supportive environment where they can make a positive contribution every day. WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO: • Is a great team player, friendly and professional. • Has knowledge of operating systems, including windows, operating systems, networking, hardware and software commonly used in schools. • Enjoys working as part of a team and being able to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff. • Is confident in liaising with a variety of staff at all levels. • Has excellent customer service skills. • Demonstrates persona
