Trust Head of Human Resources - Tame River Educational Trust Pay Scale: Support Staff Scale, Grade I, point 35-39 Salary: £46,142 - £50,269 per annum Contract: Permanent, full year (term-time plus 3 weeks will be considered) Hours: 36 Hours per week Closing Date: Monday 6th July 2026 Interview Date: TBC Start Date: As soon as possible We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and shape the Trust’s people function during a period of significant organisational change. This pivotal role will provide both operational and strategic HR leadership, initially supporting Hyde High School while driving the development of a high-performing, centralised HR service across the Trust. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in modernising HR practices, leading on complex employee relations matters, and delivering a forward-thinking people and talent strategy that supports workforce sustainability and organisational effectiveness. This is a dynamic and evolving position requiring a visible, collaborative leader who can build strong relationships across multiple schools, influence at senior level, and lead through change with confidence.
