About this role
Lumero Educational Trust is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Curriculum Transition Lead, from September 2026, to work across all Lumero schools. This role is on a 1-year fixed term contract for 3 days a week.
The Trust Curriculum Transition Lead will work in close partnership with each school’s senior leader responsible for curriculum to ensure that all schools within the Lumero family have a compliant, coherent and ambitious curriculum framework, across both our primary and secondary phases.
They will coordinate and quality assure curriculum development across the trust, supporting schools to refine their intent, implementation and impact in line with national expectations.
This is an exciting, innovative and rare opportunity to take on a leadership role dedicated to securing consistency, compliance and excellence in curriculum provision.
We are looking for applicants who have a strong determination to support students to access all opportunities, with excellent organisational skills, the ability to follow systems and procedures and advise others and with sufficient background experience to understand the nature of work required.
